  • The translation contains errors that were not present in the original text but affect its meaning.

  • The project was not delivered within the agreed timeframe due to our error.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be issued if:

  • The client requested minor revisions or stylistic changes after delivery.

  • The original content provided by the client was unclear, incomplete, or inaccurate.

  • The client simply changes their mind after the project has been completed.

4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your translation.

  2. Provide details about the issue, including examples of errors or deviations.

  3. Allow our team to review the request.

5. Resolution
We may offer:

  • A partial refund if only part of the service was unsatisfactory.

  • A full refund if the service fails to meet the agreed-upon standards.

  • A free revision to correct any errors as an alternative to a refund.
