The delivered translation significantly deviates from the agreed-upon requirements.
The translation contains errors that were not present in the original text but affect its meaning.
The project was not delivered within the agreed timeframe due to our error.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be issued if:
The client requested minor revisions or stylistic changes after delivery.
The original content provided by the client was unclear, incomplete, or inaccurate.
The client simply changes their mind after the project has been completed.
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your translation.
Provide details about the issue, including examples of errors or deviations.
Allow our team to review the request.
5. Resolution
We may offer:
A partial refund if only part of the service was unsatisfactory.
A full refund if the service fails to meet the agreed-upon standards.
A free revision to correct any errors as an alternative to a refund.
